Key Account Manager, Remote

Scout Gaming Group is a licensed and regulated provider of B2B Daily Fantasy Sports, Sportsbook, Fantasy betting and other sports betting products.

We are looking to hire a passionate Key Account Manager able to provide clients with best-in-class experience and bring value to a company by expanding the revenue and profitability of business from key accounts which include major sports betting, media and sports federations across the world.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with a portfolio of major clients 
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand relationships with existing customers by matching their needs with our products
  • Introduce B2B partners to new products, games, features
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams 
  • Ensure partner KPIs and business objectives are set and consistently achieved 
  • Resolve any challenges faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Drive revenue enhancement in the accounts though effective account management
  • Regularly analyse account performance and create review and recommendations reports 
  • Work with internal teams to help define features and improvements to our platform
  • Provide an exceptional account management service to our partners
  • Be up-to date with industry trends

    What you’ll bring:
  • 3-5 years’ previous working experience in Key Account Manager or similar role
  • Ability to assess, clarify, and meet customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Ability to analyze data and drive continuous improvement 
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Deep understanding of how B2B businesses operate

    Preferred but not essential:
  • Previous experience and good understanding of Fantasy Sports
  • iGaming specific experience
