Head of Marketing at Fanteam

Remote in Europe

Fanteam is part of Scout Gaming Group, and is Europe’s biggest dedicated, real money Daily Fantasy Sports site. As a Head of Marketing at Fanteam, you will be a big part of our journey towards its ambitious targets.

You will have a lot of freedom to develop the Fanteam brand with your own vision, and lead the execution of creative marketing strategies. This role is both for a strategic thinker with a highly analytical mind able to translate data into actionable insight and an innovator with the ability to execute effectively and operate in a dynamic environment. 

Key responsibilities:

Manage the Marketing of Fanteam.com – including but not limited to:

  • Grow the Fanteam Brand, increase Brand awareness and value
  • Develop, lead and implement the marketing and communication strategies using a variety of media and marketing and channels
  • Establish, manage and track the marketing budget and all marketing operating expenses
  • Measure and report on marketing campaigns performance, assess KPIs and ROI
  • Manage marketing, analytics and affiliates relationships, identify new ways to expand existing contacts and engagements in the industry.
  • Identify new product opportunities and work closely with Product Team and other departments to improve the product offering
  • Monitor market and customers trends, and competitors’ activities
  • Analyze insights, determine opportunities, and recommend marketing strategies for user acquisition and retention

What you will bring:
  • 3-5 years of experience in the iGaming sector with marketing and / or brand responsibility
  • Proven ability to develop and execute brand and marketing budgets, conversion funnels, and strategies
  • Ability to analyse performance, interpret and communicate clearly to executives
  • Solid knowledge of analytical tools (e.g.  Microsoft Excel, Microsoft BI Solutions, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Very strong research and analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Excellent understanding of industry KPIs and performance analysis
  • Strong leadership, project-management and time-management skills
  • Fluent level of English language

Nice-to-have:
  • Previous experience and good understanding of Fantasy Sports
