Our team has a great and exciting challenge ahead. We want to give our users and B2B partners the best experience and access to all our games and tournaments. We are now looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lviv.
Our products are already being by millions of users around the globe (,, and our partners’ sites), and Scout Gaming Group’s immodest ambition is to create the world`s best fantasy-and pooled betting solutions. As a Customer Support Representative in Scout, you will be a big part of our journey.

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist our customers with any problems when using our products. Customer Support Representative responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Provide customer service to users and related platforms,as well as support to our B2B partners, via our ticketing system, email or Skype.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries to closure.
  • Solve any problematic situations and respond to all the requests and complaints received from the customers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, development teams, account management, and our Statscenter.
  • Provide the necessary reporting to management.

What you should have:

  • Experience from a similar type of role / work.
  • Proficient written and verbal Ukrainian and English skills.
  • Excellent business communication skills.
  • Strong desire to help customers and solve their problems.
  • Ability to listen and come up with solutions to customers problems.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Willingness to work shift hours (day, evening, night shifts and weekends).
  • An advantage if you have experience with QA testing.
  • Experience from sports, gambling is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Regulatory and compliance knowledge is a plus

Your working schedule:

  • We have day and night shifts;
  • You will have 5 working shifts during a week, inc. 2 night shifts, and 2 floating days off;

Where will you work and with whom?

You will be working from our Lviv office which is located in the city center. The office is light and playful, we even have a Playstation, table football, and a resting room.
Our Customer Support Team has 12 team members among 81 employees in Ukraine.
